Jennifer Horn

Jennifer Horn is the Director of the Pennsylvania Action Coalition. She has held a number of roles in communications where she has managed events and public relations campaigns in public health and legal settings. She graduated from Brandeis University in Boston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health: Science, Society and Policy. She recently returned from studying Jewish philosophy and psychology in Jerusalem for the winter of 2018. She is thrilled to bring her renewed energy to her work with the PA Action Coalition, as she believes strongly in building partnerships to strengthen all areas of health and healthcare.
