LEAD Professional Development Presentation

  • The LEAD Professional Development is an innovative program created by Villanova University's M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing for nursing student career development. This session prepared students to be accountable for their career path and increased their proficiency through experiential learning activities. Students learned about professionalism, strategic career mapping, interview success tips, networking, and more! This session also included a networking activity in a “speed dating” format. Students had the opportunity to practice their elevator pitches with faculty and mentors.
